Seven unusual ways to use shaving cream
7 unusual uses for shaving cream

Shaving cream isn't just for shaving. Sure, it does the trick by moisturising and protecting your skin from razors. But, shaving cream can actually do *so* much more than that. Whether it's for your house, health or beauty, shaving cream can be your number one life hack.

It gets out stains, stops your glasses from fogging up and makes your jewellery sparkle -- so many uses for just one bottle! Watch the video above for some life-changing hacks.

1. Clean carpets

Remove stains on the carpet by spraying the area with shaving cream, wiping it with a damp sponge, and letting it dry. In the morning, vacuum up the dry mess and your carpet will look good as new!

2. Stainless steel appliances

Clean the surface of stainless steel appliances and faucets by coating them with shaving cream and wiping the area dry. Clean and shiny!

3. Glass

Applying a layer of shaving cream on glass can keep the glass from fogging. This tip is great for your bathroom mirror! Just cover the mirror with shaving cream and then wipe it off. You can also use this tip on glass shower doors, eyeglasses, and car windshields.

4. Remove paint from your fingers

After painting your fingernails, rub shaving cream on your hands to remove the paint from your fingers – but not your nails. You can also clean grease or paint off of your hands this way!

5. Jewelry cleaner

Shaving cream makes a pretty good cleaner, but it’s not too aggressive. This makes the perfect combination for cleaning jewellery and other delicate items! Just cover jewellery in shaving cream, rub it around, and then wipe clean.

6. Cleaner oven

If you need to clean a small spot in your oven, just grab the shaving cream and a scouring pad!

7. Sunburn

Next time you have a sunburn, rub some shaving cream on the burn. It may seem odd, but the cooling shaving cream will relieve the pain.

I hope this information is helpful.
